I´m known as David "The Silent Warrior" and my spiritual journey began from a very young age as I was suffering from alcoholism, drug addiction & depression. I tried everything to overcome them but nothing seemed to work.

Finally, I had the chance to travel and live in India for +5 years, where I came in contact with Yoga, which saved my life.

I needed to share what I have learned, that´s when I decided to go back to México and Co-founded Comunidad Om Shanti in 2012.

In 2017 we expand our Community to Spain, which was an amazing experience having thousands of students coming from all over the world until Covid 19 hit humanity.

That is why together with my wife we decided to create a variety of virtual yoga training, to help people, who are not able to travel, experience the infinite benefits of yoga and meditation practice.

Now I´m using all my time and effort to serve people directly to the comfort of their homes and to help them become Certified Yoga Teachers and better human beings.
